I am the third generation of coffee producers, thanks to the teachings of my parents I found the love of coffee later when I enter my university, I have given my life a turn and I discovered that I could do more for coffee. My farm is located in La Laja, Tlatetela, Veracruz. I cultivate in my farm Costa Rica 95% variety, Bourbon and Garnica. The coffe plants have the shade from Inga vera, Quercus insignis, Liquidámbar. For this lot I selected the best cherries from the center of the harvest, and I design a specific fermentation protocol. The water we use is mountain spring water. The drying was in the sun for long times beware of maximum temperatures. I store the coffee in GrainPro bags on a pallet. The activities we do are weed management and shadow to naturally cover the floor among others.
