It also performs the soil analysis to apply the best fertilizer using only organic products.
Angel has certified his farm with RainForest Alliance and has already collected certified and has obtained 5 seals, which motivated him to participate in the Cup of Excellence.
“I know it is important to participate in the Cup of Excellence, to demonstrate to my buyers in Korea, Japan and Australia that I will continue with the quality of my coffee. In my hometown, I was the first person to participate in the Cup of Excellence and I have managed to motivate three more producers to join this great program, which allows us to have better prices for our coffee. I consider that it is better to give than to receive, so I also help some community programs. This motivates me to continue participating in Cup of Excellence”.
