I´m participating with the variety Geisha, washed process, harvested on the same day, only the ripe coffee cherry and pulping it right away, following with a coffee fermentation process maximum of 12 to 14 hours before washing it to get good quality coffee. This is my third time competing in Cup of Excellence. I´ve had two previous experiences getting some good places in the competition. Thank God this time we made it to the top three. I want to thank IHCAFE for the support of and the Cup Of Excellence program that It has been good, bringing new opportunities to the coffee producers for long time ago. My farm it´s different from others, because we dedicate to specialty coffee because of the microclimate that we have, the altitude and the coffee varieties. In this new Cup Of Excellence auction that is about to come, we have the expectations to get good prices to keep sustaining this blessed coffee plantation for us, producers, our families and our coffee harvesters to keep working forward and keep feeling the joy of being rewarded for the effort that has been done.
