This is the second time that Emilcen participates in the Cup of Excellence contest. This year was the opportunity to validate the first harvest of this natural processed Gesha, she says that for her and her family this has been a very satisfying result that pays off years of work not only on the coffees they produce but also the processes that have been successfully executed with a group of women in charge of the activities at the farm. Emilcen explains that her husband is in charge of preparing the trees for each harvest and process since each variety they produce has a special process designed by them. Today they grow Mokka, Gesha, Castillo, Typica and Bourbon and in the future the next project is establishing a micro washed station for better control of the processes.

Emilcen shares her excitement of being able to show to her daughter the great results of their work. For her this is the best way to keep moving forward and motivate her family and the group of women she works with to be excellent at their jobs.
