We are working with Geisha variety . To do this process, we start with the coffee harvest, picking just the ripe fruit . We take care of all the drying process and that has allowed us to participate in this Cup of Excellence. Many years ago, my parents in law, started working in this coffee plantation were they invest a great deal of their lives. Time after that, my husband and I continue working and improving this coffee plantation to achieve what we have reached so far. It´s my first participating in the Cup of Excellence . It was a wonderful, spectacular and incredible experience. I feel very grateful with God for this opportunity that he has given to me. One of my greatest expectations is to reach good prices for our coffees and be able to get in new coffee markets . We appreciate the technical assistant we have had from IHCAFE and we hope that they can always continue of supporting us.
