The variety of my coffee is Geisha, natural process. We try to pick only the best coffee cherry, then it is classified and we take it to the solar dryers, to have an evenly and smooth drying process. My coffee farm is different because of the climate, the altitude where is located, the water sources, that it has, the lumber trees shade and the manner we take care of the farm. It´s my second time in the Cup Of Excellence, it’s a nice experience. We have had some buyers to visit our farm in the past. I would like to thank IHCAFE and the technicians, for the support that it has given to us. I also thank the buyers and I hope I can get a good price s that way I can continue on working and improving my coffee farm and my family life. I hope you enjoy this good coffee so much!
