The coffee variety is Geisha. Since the coffee is washed, we begin the selection, and follow up process, in order to obtain the best quality, and the client that purchases it, will be sure, that this coffee is of the highest quality. IHCAFE has supported us a great deal, we are constantly consulting with them. Our greatest hope in participating in Cup of Excellence, is that our International clients are able to taste coffee that has been so carefully prepared. The whole family participates, with their love and life, my wife, my grandkids, everyone. Because this farm is a family heritage,so my grandkids and my great grandkids will be able to access a good education through this farm and this is why deeply care for Cup of Excellence.
