The variety of my coffee is Geisha, natural process. We harvest only the ripe coffee cherry, then we do all the coffee processing with special treatment so we can get a good quality coffee. One of the things that makes my coffee farm special it´s because I have my trust in God, he is the one in control of all what we do here at the farm and thanks to God and to the efforts of the colleagues, specially Benjamin (Paz), my father and my family, this has been a success over the years. This is my fourth time participating in the Cup Of Excellence, it has been a wonderful experience, it´s something especial and unique for each coffee producer. One of the expectations I have as a coffee producer and as a participant of the Cup Of Excellence is to have a good income, so I can invest in the coffee farm production and to improve the wellbeing of my family.
