The variety coffee is Typica, natural process. I select the ripe coffee cherry to be able to reach a good coffee quality. I feel privileged with my coffee farm, I´ve been working with this variety for the last 25 years, my grandparents started working with it and I continue on working with this variety. The farm is surrounded by water springs and nature. It´s my fourth time participating in Cup Of Excellence. I´m satisfy for the achievements we have had every time we participate and for the technical support of IHCAFE that has been always supporting us. We are grateful with the Cup of Excellence project because of the support we have had to be able to participate with our coffees. Also, we are requesting COE participants, an improvement of the coffee prices because that will motivate us, in the work our farm and to pay a better wage to the coffee harvesters so they can be more satisfy in their work, to produce and harvest a better coffee quality that captivate the international buyers.
