About the coffee variety, it is Geisha. We do an anaerobic process.We tried to harvest only the ripest cherries and even so we re - check again afterwards. We give a good management with great care, love, dedication and interest. This year 2022 is my fourth time participating in this precious Cup of Excellence event. Before we also participated in COE and we did a pretty good job, until now, showing a good quality. I believe the international buyers have liked our coffee I thanks IHCAFE who has taken the time to do this valuable visit, the activities to follow up and the relationship with the coffee growers.
