The variety of my coffee is Pacas. We harvest the coffee cherries, then the pulp and we leave in tanks for 24 hours..We then bring out to dry in patios, since we did a honey process. Thanks to God, we made a good rank in Cup of Excellence this year. I have always managed my farm with a pruning system, which has proved good results for good coffee. Our altitude has helped, as well as the climate.I have participated six times in Cup of Excellence, and I have had good results. More than anything, I want to thank you for this visit. My motivation to participate in Cup of Excellence, is that maybe during the COE Auction, our buyers pay our coffee well, so we can improve our farm and milling installations.
