Description
In 2012, with the growing recognition of specialty coffees in our region, I decided to lease this area with a focus on producing high-quality coffees. Since then, we’ve been in a constant pursuit of excellence, aiming to add more value to our harvests by participating in competitions and proudly achieving our goals, presenting the best lots from each crop.
The post-harvest process is managed by my wife, Lilian Carrijo, who oversees every step of the drying process on the patio with daily and meticulous attention, ensuring the quality and consistency of each batch.
