This is the farm of Iris Dariela Carvajal Bonilla. Her dream was to graduate as a dentist, then continue studying to be a cupper, so she would understand better about coffee preparation and achieve better ranks and prices at Cup of Excellence, help her sisters with their own dreams.

We prepared Daniela’s coffee lots, to sell her coffee so she could support herself at university, she was in her third year of study. Continue with her studies and participation at COE. It was a blessing that last year she made second place at the Cup of Excellence on behalf of Iris Dariela. We thank IHCAFE and the technicians That support us, to be part of COE and maintain our coffee quality. It was a very extremely difficult year because of her health condition.

I would like to thank the international buyers for their great support at COE auction and the coffee prices they gave us, also a lot of donations to cover her medical expenses…
