Consuelo has been working in coffee production for more than 20 years. After his husband passed away she continued with this project next to her young son who is also in front of the business innovating and creating projects in order to connect directly with their actual and potential clients. At the farm they grow Gesha, Yellow Bourbon and Red Bourbon and look forward to establishing new infrastructure in order to keep innovating with their processing methods.
