We are a company dedicated to agroforestry activities with some farms in Puebla and Chiapas. Our products range from cocoa, tropical woods (mahogany, cedar, "primavera" and teak) and mainly coffee.
Is the first time we participate in COE Mexico. The location of the farm in Chiapas is 15°44'48.2"N 93°00'28.3"W. We have Rainforest Alliance certification.
In the farm we cultivate the following varieties: Marsellesa 50%, Maragogipe 25%, Bourbon 25%. For this coffee lot we harvest coffee cherries by colour/maturation, we remove floters and impurities with flotation. The Coffee fruit was fermented 24 hours in plastic Anaerobic (covered containers). No coffee washing was performed. We dried the coffee at the sun in raised beds.
