Description
This year, I have decided to participate with my farm 'El Carreto' because it is the one that managed to achieve higher quality and productivity for me. I participate with the SL28 variety through a natural anaerobic process, with every step included in my farm, the lumber trees that provide shade to the plants. The manner in which we take care of it makes our coffee a Cup of Excellence.
This is also my third time participating in COE. I'm very grateful to IHCAFE and COE; we have managed to sell our coffee in a way that provides a more secure life. Also, to you, the international buyers, who always make an effort to get to know more about us. I'm really looking forward to the auction and the next years of COE. I will improve every time to finally be on the podium.
