10 - El Cusuco - Costa Rica 2025 (Dry)

Finca El Cusuco is over 2,000 square meters in size and has a wide variety of fruit trees. It is surrounded by a small river, so many animals come to drink water during the summertime. One of these animals is the Cusuco, or armadillo, which has become very beloved by all of us because they are very defenseless animals. This is where the name Microlote comes from. It has a total of 2,500 coffee plants, which were planted in 2021. This is its second harvest, and it is now among the best Cup of Excellence coffees in the honey and natural process.
We are very proud of the El Cusuco lot and hope it marks the beginning of many more years of Cup of Excellence.
