Description
I am a second-generation coffee producer from Masaguara, Intibuca. I own the farm called "El Zapote," and through it, I have participated in COE, consistently achieving good results, including this year. Our dedication throughout the harvest season is rewarded by our success in reaching the Electronic Auction. It is this reward that drives my deep care for both my farm and my coffee.
I believe that the opportunity to participate in the electronic auction provides us with a pricing structure that allows us to maintain a secure lifestyle, covering all our needs and ensuring economic stability in our daily lives.
This year, the process for my coffee is washed with a 28-hour fermentation and 22 days of drying. Thanks to COE and the access it provides to international markets, I am committed to continuous improvement, striving for even better coffee in the future.
