Coffee Rak Pa Omkoi – SOFT Coffee
Founded in 2018, Coffee Rak Pa Omkoi – SOFT Coffee was established with the vision of introducing Omkoi coffee—authentically Thai and locally grown—to a broader audience.
Today, we specialize in the production of both green coffee beans and roasted coffee. Our processing methods prioritize cleanliness and care, as we consume our coffee daily and hold ourselves to the highest quality standards.
Our coffee is cultivated through sustainable, conservation-friendly practices. Grown under the forest canopy in a naturally shaded environment, our beans benefit from ideal growing conditions, contributing to their distinctive quality and flavor.
We currently process approximately 29 tons of coffee cherries per year, sourced from Amphoe Omkoi in ChiangMai Province, yielding around 4.5 tons of high-quality green coffee beans annually.
