Description
Phupha Estate originated from a family-run coffee plantation that has been passed down from the previous generation. In the beginning, the farm followed traditional practices—producing fresh cherries and commercially processed washed cherries.
Previously operated a coffee shop, we were inspired to brew and serve coffee sourced directly from our own farm. Motivated by this vision, we began processing and selling our own coffee. However, initial customer feedback indicated that the quality did not meet expectations. This prompted a fundamental question: “What defines quality coffee?”
In pursuit of the answer, we delved deeper into the art and science of coffee cultivation and processing. We returned to our original farm with a renewed perspective—committed to improving production techniques and paying meticulous attention to quality at every stage. Our goal is to craft coffee that not only meets high standards but also reflects the unique character of our land and the passion behind our work.
