3 - Hsil – Don Dario - Costa Rica 2025 (Experimental)

My name is Johel Monge Naranjo, and together with Matias, my son, we work on the Hacienda San Isidro Labrador Project. We are very happy to have obtained the third place in Cup of Excellence in the Experimental category. Our farm is located on the hills of Dota, in the Tarrazu region, at an elevation of 1950 m.a.s.l.
Hacienda San Isidro Labrador is a family business that started 10 years ago, and this is the sixth year that we have participated in Cup of Excellence as Hacienda San Isidro Labrador Micro mill. We focus on the production of specialty coffee, and we are pleased to be a part of Cup of Excellence, as it has allowed us to show ourselves and share our coffee with roasters and consumers who value quality, hard work and the traceability of our coffee.
Finca Don Darío is a multiple award winner of the CR Cup of Excellence, consistently achieving top rankings.
