Description
Café Don Joel is a family-run project that relies on the support of others, especially during the harvest season. Our main focus is producing high-quality coffee while conserving the environment through best practices in harvesting and crop management.
This year, we re-evaluated our participation in the Blue Flag program, which awarded us three stars. This recognition highlights our commitment to environmental protection, soil conservation, and sustainable agricultural practices.
Thanks to the Cup of Excellence program, we have gained valuable knowledge that has helped us grow better coffee and process it more efficiently—maximizing its best characteristics and ensuring exceptional quality.
As our next initiative, we are committed to planting native trees to provide shelter and food for both local and migratory birds, as our farm is located along a migratory bird corridor.
