7 - Finca Altamira - El Salvador 2025 (Dry)

Finca Altamira is cultivated in El Salvador's golden belt. It is so named because it combines all the best conditions to produce a coffee of exceptional quality, thanks to its aroma and smoothness. Its altitude is ideal, located between 1,200 and 1,600 meters above sea level, with abundant rainfall (3,000 mm) annually. It is therefore one of the highest and purest sites in the country, far removed from pollution. The cool ambient temperature of this area ranges between 14 and 24 degrees Celsius, caressed by moderate and constant winds, bathed by a warm sun, and embraced by a cool mist in the afternoon, all of which forms the perfect combination to create a microclimate of unbeatable conditions. It is also naturally fertilized by the rich volcanic soil, with a fine sandy loam texture, rich in phosphorus and potassium. The labor of Salvadoran farmers contributes to the production of this excellent quality coffee.
