PHUPHA Estate is a family-owned coffee farm with a legacy spanning over 40 years, currently driven by the second generation as a proud, woman-led coffee estate. Nestled in Mae Ton Luang Village—a region historically known for Miang tea cultivation—the land has evolved into a highland Arabica coffee source, blessed with rich soil, a cool climate, and a perfectly preserved natural forest ecosystem.
Guided by a refined and meticulous approach, we prioritize precision and consistency at every stage. From soil nourishment and tree management to selectively hand-picking only peak-ripe cherries, we ensure premium quality right from the origin.
Our coffee is shade-grown beneath the forest canopy, allowing the cherries to mature slowly and develop a highly complex flavor profile. In terms of processing, we implement systematically controlled fermentation methods, including Honey, Natural, and Anaerobic processes, alongside the use of specialized yeasts to precisely guide and elevate the flavor characteristics.
Our post-harvest craftsmanship is continuously refined, with strict monitoring over drying, moisture levels, and bean stability to deliver a cup quality that is exceptionally clean, balanced, and consistent.
Overseeing every step from seed to cup, we ensure total quality control and complete traceability. As a woman-led farm, PHUPHA Estate reflects both precision and heartfelt attention to detail, beautifully expressing the unique identity of our terroir in a way that is elegant, authentic, and sincere in every single cup.
