Description
You can still hear the sound of a ship setting sail from an old-world port. The rumble of carriages crossing from South to North in search of new opportunities on a land rich by nature. You can almost hear the voices of immigrants, eager for the harvest. It’s something ancient — since 1945 — yet also something deeply tied to the future.
Because everything time does not erase becomes a lasting mark. Generations endure through hard work — and there’s no great secret to it, just hands-on dedication. And that’s something the Faria & Corsi families know very well.
The specialty coffee from Fazenda Rodomunho carries four generations of coffee growers and is already preparing for its fifth. Descendants of Italians and Portuguese who came in search of the perfect coffee.
Today, in Rio Paranaíba, at the heart of the Cerrado Mineiro, with altitudes ranging from 1,100 to 1,350 meters, where the winds form small “micro-tornadoes” among the coffee trees, they cultivate the future with steady hands.
The farm grows over 35 Arabica varieties and 10 exotic ones, offering more than 20 sensory profiles to explore.
