Description
It all started as a child with the inspiration of my parents and grandparents who have grown up in the field of coffee growing, which has always been the reason for my inspiration to work the land of my own coffee farm, from the 6 years of obtaining it.
The unconditional support of my family, has been the engine by which they have ample knowledge of the importance of participating in Cup of Excellence. This motivated me to participate in this precious event, without knowing that being my first year to participate you will be one of the producers to be awarded, which even digesting this procedure is a dream full of joy and excitement from which I think I do not wake up.
Farm Los Congos is located in the municipality of Mozonte, department of Nueva Segovia at an altitude of 1,520 MSNM, it is surrounded by a beautiful and cozy microclimate, as well as its diversity of flora and fauna having an extension of 3 manzanas of coffee and 1.5 of wild mountain. The variety of coffee produced is Pink bourbon, with a prolonged and controlled anaerobic fermentation, we continue to renew the Batían, Geisha and African varieties so that the quality of the country continues to develop.
Our small farm is managed and worked by our family, of which we are very grateful first of all to God, my family, friends and coordinators who make this great event possible.
