Description
Pacaybamba Farm is located on the slopes of Apu Choqesafra, in a privileged natural environment. With seven years of establishment, the farm stands out for its abundant organic matter and volcanic soils rich in minerals, factors that contribute to the complexity and excellence of its coffee quality.
Its proximity to the Choqesafra snow-covered mountain creates a cold climate that slows down cherry ripeness, allowing the development of more complex and balanced flavors in every cup.
The farm was inherited from his father, also a coffee producer, who entrusted his son Gilber with continuing the family legacy, preserving the passion and dedication for coffee cultivation that has been passed down through generations.
