Description
Located on the majestic slopes of Apu Choqesafra, La Encantada Farm has an 18-year history. Its volcanic soil, rich in organic matter and minerals, nourish the coffee trees and add a remarkable complexity in the cup.
The proximity to the Choqesafra glacier generates a cold climate that slows the fruits fermentation, allowing a deeper development of aromas and flavors.
The farm belonged to Jhenrri’s grandfather, who was also a coffee producer. Today, his grandson continues proudly that family legacy, preserving tradition, passion and respect for the land that gives life to La Encantada.
