I'm Dolmin Josue Moreno Alvarado, a third-generation coffee producer and second-generation focused on specialty coffee. My main motivation in this industry is the passion that drives me. One of the best parts of my day is going to my farm to work and care for the lands and my coffee trees. I love living through coffee and having it present in my day-to-day life.

I believe there are two major factors that make my coffee exceptional. As I mentioned, the passion that my coffee inspires within me, coupled with the legacy that my family has built, and the blessing of God on our land in Santa Barbara. We have the best conditions regarding soil, climate, and altitude, which inherently contributes to the quality of the coffee being produced. This, combined with the daily efforts on our farm, is what sets my coffee apart.

The future of my farm is to continue improving quality and experimenting with better and newer processes to give my coffee a superior finish, aiming to achieve an even better Cup Of Excellence, available to people beyond my farm. This endeavor brings pride, joy, and economic security to my family, facilitated by the COE initiative.
