5 - Los Zorzales - Honduras 2025 (Parainema Variety)

Coffee producer at Los Zorzales farm, in Santa Bárbara, Honduras, as a coffee producer I
am passionate about dedicating myself to this work, since my youth, an inheritance from
my parents since we grew up in the coffee environment.

With my work I have raised my children, giving them education and well-being for my
family, it has not been easy, but God has given us strength, it is a challenge every year, due to the innovations in the coffee drying process to obtain a better score and quality. This is how we have overcome and advanced in each harvest and our daily life this year.

Seeing the quality of coffee that was being prepared with a good score and exquisite
flavor, I decided to participate in Cup of Excellence, thank God I signed up, prepared a
batch and managed to obtain fifth place in the Parainema Catracha category and this
motivates me to continue improving my farm it also motivated all the producers to put in
all their efforts and also participate next year to keep pushing Honduran coffee forward.
