HISTORY OF THE FARM
Finca San Ramon: founded in 1992 in Dipilto, Nicaragua by Mr. Donald Efraín Roque López. In its beginnings this farm had a territorial extension of 20 manzanas and a production of 89 quintals of coffee. Today the farm has 125 manzanas in total, being these conformed by 83 manzanas of coffee and 42 of Forest Reserve. The existing coffee varieties are red and yellow Catuai, Pacas and Maracaturra.
Production: 1,200-1,600 quintals.
Rainfall: 1,600- 2,000 mm³.
Altitude: 1,330 to 1,660 meters above sea level.

To offer green coffee promoting sustainable coffee growing practices that guarantee the quality of the coffee throughout the whole process and are oriented towards the conservation of the environment.

To become a national and international reference for the quality of coffee produced in northern Nicaragua.
