Description
I dedicated myself to growing coffee since I was 18 years old, starting with organic coffee. In 2019 I decided to cultivate Geisha because I’ve always liked to produce specialty coffee.
When I finished establishing my farm, I didn’t know what name to give it. Suddenly, I remembered a special moment from my childhood: when I was 12 years old, a hummingbird(colibri) gently landed on my head. That meaningful memory inspired me, and that’s why I decided to call it El Colibrí Farm.
The name also carries a double meaning, because in my beautiful farm there are different types of hummingbirds that fill the place with life and color.
