Description
The story of Los Cedros Farm began in 2011, when my wife and I decided to purchase 1.5 hectares of land. The price was high, but through hard work and the planting of coffee, we gradually paid it off, expanding our farm and turning a family dream into reality.
We are located in Centro Poblado Buenos Aires, a place blessed with fertile soils and a climate ideal for producing high-quality coffees.
At the beginning, we cultivated Catimor and Caturra, which we sold to the local market. Over the years, with learning and experience, we decided to take a step forward: in 2017 we began planting Geisha, seeking a more refined and aromatic cup. Since then, our farm has grown, and today we cultivate Geisha, Bourbon, Tabi, and red and yellow Caturra, using processes that prioritize quality and sustainability.
Thanks to the technical guidance of Caravela, we continue improving each year to offer specialty coffees that reflect our effort, dedication, and love for the land.
