Description
I was born into a coffee-growing family in the community of San Pedro, where my grandfather began a tradition that remains alive to this day. My father continued his legacy, and now, together with my wife and our two young children, I proudly work in El Romerillo Farm, located at 1,790 m a.s.l.
As a child, I accompanied my father in the field work, learning to value the effort and love behind every coffee bean. Over the years, I chose to continue this path, cultivating varieties such as Geisha and Bourbon under careful fermentation and drying processes, always striving to improve quality while caring for the land that sustains us.
For me, this farm is not just soil — it is history, heritage, and future. Each harvest is a way to honor the work of my grandfather and father, keeping our passion for coffee alive in every cup.
